SHIPPING RATES & GUIDELINES

Domestic Shipping: We ship in the contiguous republic of Uganda.

International Shipping: We not only ship in the contiguous east Africa member countries but We also do ship internationally.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated by order weight and shipping destination. To view estimated shipping rates on your order, add your items to the cart, view the full shopping cart, then enter your shipping destination zip code in the Calculate Shipping section.

In-Store Pickup: Items ordered for In-Store Pickup have FREE shipping.

Hazardous Material: Agroking Uganda Ltd also handles the shipping of products considered to be hazardous material. Many of these products are available on agrokinguganda.com for FREE In-Store Pickup.

Violation of Guidelines: Any orders that fall outside of our shipping guidelines will be cancelled and refunded upon review. You will be notified by email of the cancellation.

Shipping Packaging: Although most of our orders ship in plain brown boxes some of our merchandise will ship in its original manufacturer’s packaging. Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts. If you have special shipping instructions you would like us to follow please note them in the order notes or special request section on Request for Quotation form of your order when you check out. 

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

Online Only-Not Available in Store Items: Please note that these items have an automatic 7-52 business day shipping time frame regardless of the shipping option you chose. They will be shipped via various grounds.

Agrokinguganda.com Orders Shipping to You: In most cases orders shipping to you that are placed before 12 PM Central will be processed that day and typically shipped out within 7-52 business days. Items ordered after 12 PM Central will be processed the following day and typically shipped out within 7-52 business days. Please note that this is a general guideline and shipping can take longer depending on the circumstances. Note: Orders will not be processed on Holidays or weekends.

agrokinguganda.com In-Store Pickup Orders: If the store location selected is listed as "In Stock" then your order will typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If the store location selected is listed as "Pickup in 5-7 days" then your order will typically be ready for pickup within 5-7 days. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up.

SHIPPING METHODS

Small Package Shipping Options: Our website is currently integrated with shipping calculator to give you a shipping cost automatically. We will be adding more options in the future.

Shipping Method Changes: As a courtesy to you, we reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method that you requested in your order if it allows you to receive your package sooner.

SHIPPING RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for any item purchased from agrokinguganda.com passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier like DHL, TNT, UPS, Maersk etc. agrokinguganda.com is not responsible or liable for any damage arising in shipment. Any damage claims on merchandise damaged in shipping is to be dealt with by the carrier company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please call if your package is damaged so that agrokinguganda.com can assist you.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Agroking Uganda Ltd offers free In-Store Pickup for most online orders. Items in stock at your chosen pickup location will typically be ready for pickup within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  Items not in stock at your chosen pickup location will typically be available for pickup within 7 to 52 days. If you need assistance with placing your order or have any questions please call us at 0394819352.  To place an In-Store Pickup order follow these instructions:

Items eligible for In-Store Pickup will have an "In-Store Pickup" button on the product detail page.

During checkout, you will be allowed to choose your pickup location based on available inventory.

If the store location selected is listed as "In Stock" then your order will typically be ready for pickup within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  If the store location selected is listed as "Pickup in 7-52 days" then your order will typically be ready for pickup within 7-52 days.

In-Store Pickup orders need to be pre-paid online or offline.

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

The person listed in the billing information on the order is the only person who can pick up the order at the store.  Please remember to come with a copy of the order confirmation or pickup notification email and a valid national ID when picking up your order.

 

Here at Agroking Uganda Ltd we believe and strive to please our customers with 100% after sales service thus we always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

All goods whatsoever (excluding turf and certain decorative aggregates) purchased by the customer can be returned within 3 working days from the date and time of delivery or purchase date and time whichever is latest and the customer will be refunded 85% of the total amount and 15% for restocking on confirmation that the goods are in the same conditions as when delivered or taken from our premises.

If correction is required, the customer will be liable for the additional correction costs and any labor or technical costs that may be incurred during correction involved herein. Agroking Uganda ltd will aim to rectify any returns within 3 working days of notification and return wherever possible but will not accept any liability for delay beyond its control.

Unopened and unused products may be returned to us within 3 working days from the original purchase date and time or the delivery date and time whichever is latest with our authorization and a refund of the purchase price of the products less a 15% of the purchase amount for  restocking fee will be issued when the product is received. Shipping or delivery costs will not be refunded and the cost to return the items to Agroking Uganda Ltd will not be reimbursed for Non-freight delivery.

Our 3 working days money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or less 15% of the total purchase amount for restocking fee and the 85% refunded upon receiving the opened product because Agroking Uganda Ltd does not resell returned products as new items even when in its original condition however strictly no return or non-refundable on special orders and all food stuff commodities after delivery unless goods are defective in 3 working days under the confirmation from our inspector and an exchange will be issued out to you and Agroking Uganda Ltd will cover the cost of shipping or delivering new or replacement product/ goods back to you.

Agroking Uganda Ltd makes returns further easy as possible in the way that all product returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMAN) before an exchange or a refund will be issued. our team will contact you within 24 hours after your notification to us of a product return in order to confirm the RMAN as applicable in our system.

Freight delivery cancellations - customers cancelling an in-transit shipment (when the shipping carrier already has possession of a customer shipment products or goods), customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the shipping carrier. Note: including all shipping carrier charges & return charges to be deducted from paid commitment free or else If you have any questions or concerns prior to or even after placing your order, please call us at +256 0394819352 or +256 0200902126 with any & all questions about shipping or delivery requirements.

if your product fails in the remainder of the warranty period, the manufacturer's/supplier’s warranty policy will prevail. Just fill out the contact us form on our web site and send us a notification to take immediate response with the manufacturer/supplier. Agroking Uganda Ltd will make every effort to replace the defective unit with an immediate replacement upon verification of defect for all goods or products.

Special order items - are items that Agroking Uganda Ltd does not have in its electronic shop but has the purchasing power to source directly from the manufacturers (or a 100% manufacturer-authorized supplier/distributor). Please note: all special-order items are not eligible for a refund or replacement unless they are damaged in shipping or delivery. Exceptions may be made if an item is deemed to be defective by the manufacturer (or a manufacturer authorized supplier/distributor). Agroking Uganda Ltd will always assist in this process as we are our customer's representative when choosing Agroking Uganda Ltd to obtain a special-order item. Please note: upon purchase of a special-order item, Agroking Uganda Ltd will regularly call or email customers to advise if a particular item has recently been assigned to a "special order" classification.

Price changes - if you order for a product with a commitment fee paid at Agroking Uganda Ltd and Agroking Uganda Ltd acknowledges prevailing price fluctuations and we effect price change after you had placed your order with a commitment fee, where the prices have been reduced, you can get a refund of the price difference secondly when the price is increased after you had placed your order, you will still get your product at the old price however where prices increase or reduce before paying the commitment fee, your quotation will be revoked immediately and issued another one with the current price changes especially for foodstuff commodities are at a higher attention.

Damaged in shipping - it rarely happens, but once in a while product are damaged during shipping. The responsibility for items damaged during shipping is the shipping carrier, Packages must be opened within 72 hours after they are received to be inspected for any damage, and Agroking Uganda Ltd must receive notice of the damage to report the claim and get you a refund and/or replacement. Agroking Uganda Ltd cannot promise any refunds or replacements if this is not done within 72 hours.

International orders – Agroking Uganda Ltd does shipping internationally to most countries. Free shipping/cargo transport deliveries of items only apply locally in Uganda and the other countries shipping is available however those that want to make pick-ups from the different Agroking Uganda ltd locations is also free of charge and Keep in mind each country has a different way of assigning duties to inbound packages from other countries.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from our electronic shop, and offer a 3-day returns guarantee for all our products. If you wish to return an unwanted product, then you may do so at your own cost within 3 days and 15% less of the total cost and refunded 85% of the total cost. All returned products must be in mint, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

The easiest way to return an unwanted product is to use a pre-paid collect-plus returns method for just 5% of the total amount of the product nonrefundable and in case you don’t want that product after 3 days and beyond Agroking Uganda Ltd will always help you to find the potential buyer for free by the time you want to sell off your unwanted goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 1.  Items which have been used for more than three days or installed products thereafter.

2.  Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial number/ return merchandise authorization number (RMAN).

3.  Products with missing labels or accessories.

4.  Digital products.

5.  Perishable products.

Important Notes:

1.  If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share Pictures or a video with the proof of purchase and then upload Pictures, images or photos and a video if possible, may be taken and sent to us.

2.  If you received a damaged item then you will have to inform Agroking Uganda Ltd so that we contact the shipping company within 3 days after delivery.

3.  Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Governing Law:

these terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Uganda without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
